4 Reasons Why You Should Do a Boudoir Shoot

Let’s be honest: Being in front of a camera can be vulnerable. Being in front of a camera sans clothing for a boudoir shoot? Hella vulnerable. It sounds intimidating, but I’m here to tell ya’ll – it’s also hella empowering.

I offer boudoir photography because I believe it has the power to help women see their beauty through someone else’s eyes and to help brides gain confidence on their wedding day. I truly believe every woman should experience the feeling of happiness and empowerment that comes with doing a boudoir shoot. Although most of my brides choose to do a boudoir photo session as a gift for their fiancé or husband, it is also an excellent gift for themselves, as it is the most intimate and personal gift that one can give to themselves.

1. You’ll look and feel amazing. Having your photo taken and getting your hair and makeup done will have you feeling like a celebrity, but wait until you get to see the photographs for the first time. You will be blown away. You will see how gorgeous you truly are and you will feel so confident.
