NOLA Themed Wedding at Hidden Waters Wedding and Events Venue
As a Dallas wedding photographer, I’ve documented weddings at a ton of dreamy venues. But when B told me they were planning a dark and moody NOLA Mardi Gras themed wedding at Hidden Waters Wedding and Events Venue, I knew it was going to be a night to remember! From the minute we arrived until the rad couple raced off to the afterparty, Hidden Waters Wedding and Event Venue was charming and grand.
My favorite part of the day was the Second Line after the ceremony. You can’t have a NOLA themed wedding without one, after all. The band was incredible, and it was so fun capturing the bride and groom celebrating with all of their guests, while singing and dancing along.
Why They Chose Hidden Waters Wedding and Events Venue
B and JP travel to New Orleans frequently, and they wanted to bring that old world charm to their wedding in Texas. The landscaping and architecture gave them the NOLA feel they were looking for, and it complimented the black, purple, and gold color palette perfectly.
